As the Civic Engagement Supervisor for the City of West Palm Beach, Charity engages the community on city-led initiatives and projects by creating opportunities for city residents and stakeholders to get informed and to provide feedback on decisions that impact their lives. Previously, Charity worked for the US House of Representatives, and for 15 years at Publix Super Markets, Inc.
Charity is a two-time Florida Atlantic University graduate, earning a BA in Sociology and an Undergraduate Certificate in Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies, and a Masters in Public Administration. Charity serves her community by volunteering on the boards of New Leaders Council Palm Beach, Friends of Foster Children, and the South Florida Fair.
