    1) Registration and 2) Payment

      **If you are a licensed foster home your membership fee is covered by ChildNet—for family events and open foster cases only.  If you have any adopted children/closed PG children in your home and want them to receive the individual benefits such as holiday toys, back to school supplies you must pay the family membership fee.
