Lucy Joseph is a first year board member of Friends of Foster Children. She now works as a Housing and Community Development Coordinator with the City of West Beach. She has over 10 years’ experience working in Housing and Community Development. She holds a B.A. in Community Sociology and minor in Leadership from Wartburg College and a M.A. Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Housing and Community Development from the University of Iowa. She is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. where she serves as a youth advisor for young girls between the ages of 4-8.
She’s a 2024 Women's Chamber of Commerce PBC Giraffe Award recipient. She serves on committees with the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. When she has free time she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering and traveling.
